Need to transfer a firearm you purchased online or out of state? We make the process simple, secure, and fully compliant with federal and state regulations. At The Gun Freedom Co. we are a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) and SOT Class 3 Dealer and are happy to facilitate firearm transfers for our customers. How It Works: 1.- Purchase Your Firearm: Buy your firearm from an online dealer or private seller and select us as your FFL transfer destination. 2.- No need to notify us, just send it. 3.- We Receive & Inspect: Once the firearm arrives at our store, we’ll inspect it and notify you when it’s ready for pickup. 4.- Complete ATF Form 4473: When you come in, you’ll complete the required ATF Form 4473 and pass a background check (unless exempt with a valid TX LTC) 5.- Pay Transfer Fee 6.- Take Home Your Firearm: After approval, the firearm is legally transferred to you. Transfer Fee: $45.99 or $35.99 + Tax for Military/Vets/Law Enforcement per serial number $20.99 + Tax for VIP Members Questions about the process?
